Laws are being broken by this Company. State and federal consumer protection laws (e.g.Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) govern these transactions, which regulate advertising, warranties, and disclaimers. These laws also provide consumers with remedies not normally available under common law or the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
Products are mis-sized and there is no way to get a refund. They simply do not have a return policy at all.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE!
I requested a refund because the clothes were cheap and awful quality
(and too small.) Paid the return fees out of my own pocket and have been waiting for over a month for a refund but they " haven't received" my parcel. Liars and thieves!!!!! Worst online shopping experience ever!

Not so good quality

Quality could be much better than this. I don't understand why but it is much cheaper than last year.

Trusted seller

I ordered one bikini from Zaful and it arrived safely. It came in two weeks as they told it would last 20 days. They are not scam at all. Simply trusted seller

DO NOT BUY! No refund offered which is illegal!

Awful! Do not buy there. You cannot get a refund for return!
If you want to return here are the options:
Option 1:Return for Exchange for product(s)
Please return the items to our third party seller address in Spain!
Option 2:Return for Refund
Please return the items to our third party seller address in Spain.
Once we receive the items, we can refund you to your Wallet for use on your future orders.
Is this even legal!?On the UK Gov Website- accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds
It says: "You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you".

Why do they send half of order?

I ordered several things from their site 14 days ago but still didn't received it. I got an email saying that two items are still to be send. My question and worry is: when? I'll be leaving America soon so I would like to receive my order before it happens..

Scam Artists

I won an Instagram giveaway for a $100 gift card! But it took me harassing them to get the gift card applied to my account. Then when I placed my order they magically lost my order saying no order with my order number existed even though all the money came off the gift card. Then when I tried resolve the issue they gave me NO reply.

Do NOT believe the decent reviews on this site!

Absolutely terrible store. NEVER EVER order from them. The hoodie I got was completely different from the one shown on the picture and was incredibly deceptive. WORST quality. There seems to be pretty decent reviews of Zaful on this site and this makes me VERY skeptical. This site is absolutely terrible. I'm inclined to believe some of these ratings they paid for. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Still NOTHING

I bought a jacket almost a month ago and according to an email I got, its been sitting in New Jersey for almost two weeks... no more updates, my package was supposedly just waiting at a UPS facility, however I just clicked the link they sent me again, and it has literally GONE BACKWARDS. Now it is saying that my package has just reached the "Destination Country". I spent $40 on this jacket and that is time and money I wont get back. Dont order from here.

Never got my package

Fistable i bought this 2 months ago and it was $100 worth, and they wantee to refund me 52 only, and they said that i never went to pick it up in my local office so it was destryed but it never even gor to my city, and i didn`t get any notifications of the package needing me to go pik it up. They even try to give me points so i could gain money, but i said no because i don`t want to spend my money in that site again

Not true to size, shipping horrible

Bought 4 Bathing suits for myself and my daughters. None were true to size all of them were a size or two, to small, and one was missing from my order completely. Took 6 weeks for order to come in. When suit was missing I wrote to customer service and took me writing twice over a week and a half for even a response. When I told them I was missing a bathing suit the asked for pictures of all the packaging and weight of my package. Thankfully I had still kept it as most often no one keeps the packaging. It’s been two months and they still have not shipped the missing suit. First and last time I will ever shop there. Horrible shipping and customer service.
